About the Company

We are Interstyle, a full-cycle furniture factory: we design, manufacture, and install furniture ourselves, at our own production site, with no middlemen or subcontractors. We've been on the market for more than 25 years and have completed over 5,500 projects: from private homes to hotels and restaurants. Our production site is in Teterivka (Zhytomyr region), covers 8,000 m², and is equipped with high-performance machinery. The entire process, from engineering to final assembly, is overseen by our own team of engineers and technologists.

We've been on the market since 2000: that's more than 25 years of experience making furniture from solid wood and the full range of modern materials.

Our furniture is well known in Ukraine, and we export part of our output abroad too. That's one sign that the quality of our work meets not only domestic but also international expectations for custom furniture.

For us, it's a combination of several things: our own design-and-engineering bureau, which develops every project individually; modern imported equipment; quality paint, coating, and adhesive materials from proven suppliers; and multi-stage quality control that every unit goes through before shipping.

We keep improving, constantly: investing in new technology, being mindful of resources and the environment, and building long-term relationships with our clients. That's why a large share of our customers come back for repeat projects or recommend our factory to others.

Our team includes designers, technologists, and highly skilled craftspeople who can design and build a piece of virtually any complexity, including non-standard shapes, hand carving, and custom finishing.

Yes, we have the 4ROOM showroom in Kyiv: Petropavlivska Borshchahivka, 6 Petropavlivska St. Open daily from 10:00 to 20:00. Our production site is at 49 Sadova St., Teterivka, Zhytomyr district, open Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.

We make kitchens, walk-in closets, cabinet furniture, bedrooms, libraries, tables, chairs, armchairs, staircases, and other joinery. We work for homes as well as commercial spaces: restaurants, hotels, offices.

Materials, Equipment, and Quality Control

We are Interstyle, and we work with solid wood (oak, ash, alder, beech), MDF (laminated, veneered, painted), particleboard (laminated, veneered), as well as glass, porcelain stoneware, stone, HPL plastics (including Fenix and FunderMax), metal, and other modern materials. This range lets us combine both classic and complex bespoke designs in a single piece.

Yes, working with solid wood is one of our core specialties: we do everything from simple shapes to intricate hand carving and custom finishing (oil-wax, veneering, decorative panels). Besides oak and ash, we also work with alder and beech.

Our production runs on high-performance imported equipment from Italy and Germany, including wood drying chambers, sawing lines, and processing centers. This keeps every piece's geometry stable and shortens production time without sacrificing quality.

In production, we use quality Italian-made paint and coating materials, including ones specially matched to the exclusive colors and shades we offer clients. This affects coating durability, color evenness, and how long the facades last.

We work with leading European suppliers of hardware, fittings, paint, and adhesive materials. All raw materials come with certificates confirming quality and safety: Blum (full range), Hettich (full range), Häfele (full range), Salice, FGV, Kessebohmer (pull-out storage systems), and Vibo (fittings such as dish racks, pull-out systems, sorters, the full range).

Yes. All raw materials and components we use in production come with quality and safety certificates. In addition, every finished unit goes through trial assembly and multi-stage quality control at a dedicated inspection area before shipping: this lets us catch and fix any defects before the furniture reaches the client.

Yes, this is common practice. We make countertops, for example, from quartzite or natural stone paired with solid-wood facades, and we can combine wood, metal, glass, or HPL plastic in decorative elements, depending on the design.

We pay special attention to the environmental side of production: our raw materials are certified as safe for health, we use eco-friendly packaging materials, and modern filtration systems at our plant prevent harmful substances from reaching the environment.

Yes. Our technical and technological capabilities are built exactly for non-standard solutions of any complexity: individually matching material, color, texture, and finish to a specific bespoke project is standard practice for us, not an exception.

03

Working with Architects and Designers

Yes, this is one of our priority areas. We actively invite architects, designers, and design studios to collaborate, and we offer terms aimed specifically at professional partners, not only end clients.

Working with us includes: our own production facility with modern high-tech equipment; our own design-and-engineering bureau for working through complex drawings; the ability to execute non-standard solutions of any complexity; quality control of raw materials, materials, and hardware at every stage; responsive communication; and short, predictable turnaround times.

Yes, this is our standard way of working: we make furniture from drawings, specifications, and briefs developed by architects, design bureaus, and developers. If there's no finished drawing, our team can develop the design itself, based on references, sketches, or a description of the idea.

After receiving the brief or drawings, we take measurements (if needed), select materials, hardware, and finishes, prepare detailed specifications, and agree them with the architect or designer. The piece then goes into production, goes through trial assembly for quality control, and we finish with delivery and installation by our own specialists.

We respond quickly to clients' requests, so certain revisions are possible. That said, the scope and cost of changes depend on the production stage they're requested at, so it's best to work this out individually with the project manager.

Yes, developers are among our partners, and our production capacity (8,000 m², our own equipment and design bureau) lets us run projects of various scales, including batch solutions for multiple properties.

Just contact us, the Interstyle factory, at +380 67 5000 444 and describe the project, sending over drawings, references, or a brief. Our team will take it from there.

Ordering Process and Lead Times

Just contact us at +380 67 5000 444 and describe your project. We'll then take measurements, select materials, hardware, and finishes, develop the design, and agree it with you before it goes into production.

No, a drawing isn't required. You can send a reference, a photo, or a description: our design-and-engineering bureau will develop the design and technical documentation for you.

Roughly 1.5-2 months from project approval to the finished piece. We're able to hit these timelines thanks to our own production capacity: drying chambers, sawing and processing centers, and well-established final-assembly processes.

Every piece goes through trial assembly at our dedicated inspection area: a final quality check before the furniture is sent to the client.

Yes, we have experience making furniture for restaurants, hotels, sanatoriums, and office spaces, including abroad. For example, we completed a project furnishing a restaurant in a hotel in Berlin, and we've worked closely with clients across Northern Europe.

05

Delivery, Installation, and Warranty

Delivery and installation are carried out by our own specialists: this is part of our full production cycle, with no outside contractors involved.

We currently offer a three-year warranty on our furniture, plus after-warranty service.

After the warranty period ends, clients can still count on ongoing furniture servicing from us: adjusting facades, runners, and hardware, for instance, which can need fine-tuning over time. Check with your manager for the exact scope of services and terms.

We confirm delivery coverage individually when you place your order.

06

Pricing and Placing an Order

Price depends on the chosen material, hardware, design complexity, finish, and scope of work. We calculate it individually once the project is agreed.

Yes, we prepare the cost estimate at the project-approval stage, before the piece goes into production.

Custom furniture lets you precisely account for room dimensions, interior style, and individual preferences, including non-standard shapes, bespoke carving, or material combinations you simply can't get from mass production. With us, at the Interstyle factory, this comes with quality control at our own facility at every stage: from raw materials to final installation.
